- For Ex Jetty selection, please arrive at Jesselton Point Jetty before 0745 for registration. - Discovery Scuba Diving (DSD) will only be available for adult - DSD and Snorkelling guests will be on same boat for activity - No refund will be made if a customer no show. - This attraction is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with disability, children below 3 years old, aged person or other serious medical conditions. - The travel time by boat is subject to weather conditions. - If the weather is not permitted, snorkeling will be cancelled for safety reason. - The buffet menu will be adjusted according to the season and availability of ingredients. - Any damage of the property caused by the guests will be charged as a replacement cost. - Safety briefing will be conducted before the activity to ensure your safety. - For safety reasons, you must put on your life jacket when on boat. - In event of bad weather condition or guest's personal factors which result in termination of the snorkeling activity based on safety consideration. For example: physical discomfort, bad weather, etc. No refund will be given. - Itinerary will be finalized by operator on site. - Strongly suggest guests purchase their own personal travel insurance.
