Cancellation Policy

- Kindly note that deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by the guest.
- In the event of bad weather condition or unforeseen circumstances occurring which result in cancellation of Kawa Mangroves Cruise due to safety or commercial reasons, Kawa Mangroves Fireflies entrance fee will be refund. Itinerary will be modified subject to availability.
