Camp above the clouds. Wake up to sunrise over Mount Kinabalu. Fall asleep with city lights below your feet. Kokol Hill is about 45 minutes from the city, at 800 metres above sea level. It's one of the few places in Sabah where you can see it all — Mount Kinabalu, sunrise, sea of clouds, the South China Sea, and Kota Kinabalu city lights at night. All in one frame. 🥾 Itinerary

Day 1
· 13:00 — Hotel pick-up; stop for supplies at a local market
· 14:00 — Depart for Kokol Hill
· 15:00 — Arrive at camp; set up with the guide (or the team pre-sets if winds are strong)
· 16:00 — Free time: wander the hilltop, soak in the sea of clouds
· 17:30 — Magic hour: sunset + city lights slowly flickering on
· 19:00 — Cook dinner together under the open sky
· 20:30 — Stargazing (Milky Way), campfire chats, music, board games

Day 2
· 06:00 — Sunrise over Mount Kinabalu, sea of clouds, and KK city in the distance — photo frenzy!
· 09:00 — Breakfast on the hilltop
· 10:00 — Free time: one last peaceful moment, final photos
· 11:00 — Pack up, leave no trace
· 12:00 — Return to Kota Kinabalu

📌 You Should Know Before Booking

· Group size: 1 person minimum, 6 maximum – each trip comes with a dedicated guide just for your group. · Age: 15+ recommended – younger campers are welcome with a parent or guardian. · Physical fitness: Moderate fitness level required — the campsite involves a 10-15 minute walk from the carpark, and the terrain is uneven. · Gear is included – you can also bring your own if you prefer. Need extras? We've got rental options. · Meals are flexible – we'll take you to a local supermarket so you can pick what you like to cook.

💳 Deposit & Payment

· A 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid after the tour guide picks you up. · Deposits are non-refundable.

📋 Cancellation & No-Show

· Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, or no-shows on the day, will be charge the full tour fee.
· If bad weather or unforeseeable circumstances occur, we'll work with you to reschedule, adjust the itinerary, or issue a refund.
